I offer courses in creativity and productivity improvement,
featuring the Herrmann Brain Dominance model and the VisiMap idea-generating
model. These can be held onsite. These
sessions are
particularly useful for departments or units that want to expand their
repertoire of idea generating and problem solving skills. They also provide
insights into good team membership and participation. The focus is on both
personal and team growth and development.
Most sessions involve a half to full day presentation. Initial training can
be combined with putting the tools to work in subsequent sessions.
Training clients include: Transport Canada (2 three day sessions)
Bell Canada (1 day session) Royal Bank (1 day session) Canada Life (1 day
session) Carbone of America (2 day session), TransCanada Transmission (1
half day and one whole day session) GlaxoSmithKline (one day session); Coca
Cola (one day session).
