Capabilities

Norah Bolton has more than 30 years experience as a professional speaker and educator. She has been a presenter for Canada Forum, the Ontario Society for Training and Development, and Speakers Forum, and other sessions for small business people, consultants and entrepreneurs. She has presented a workshop on Creativity, Mind Mapping and Memory for the annual conference of the Canadian Professional Sales Association. She was a keynote speaker for the conference of the International Hotel and Restaurant Association in Durban, South Africa.  She was also a speaker at the Health Care Educators' section of the conference of the Ontario Hospital Association.

Her workshops are interactive, fast paced and fun. Participants have found themselves successfully juggling on the first try in front of audiences of 100, forming part of an improvised orchestra or bargaining to improve their hand in a card game with 50 players. There is humour, solid learning, participation and also quiet time for reflection, growth and development.

Speaking presentations can accommodate groups of all sizes. Workshops and coaching sessions can accommodate participating groups as small as one and as large as 50. An ideal workshop size is 25. An ideal participating group is a team or a department who can benefit from shared learning.
