Services offered by Dynamic Thinking

Dynamic Thinking offers training and facilitation to companies, institutions and not-for-profit organizations. Our sessions focus on creativity and organizational effectiveness through the use of specific tools like the Herrmann Brain Dominance model and visual thinking tools such as VisiMap. To our knowledge, there are few companies in the world that combine these two certified processes and our clients have found the combination a helpful one.

We have experience in feasibility and operations studies, as well as facilitation for organizational change using whole brain tools.

Introducing new ways of thinking and applying them is essential. We can offer a presentation for your next conference or convention that will provide information about alternative ways of strategizing and planning. Sessions can be customized to your programming needs and can be designed for sessions lasting one hour, a half day, a full day or a series of days.

Workshops are interactive, fast paced and fun. Participants have found themselves successfully juggling on the first try in front of audiences of 100, forming part of an improvised orchestra or bargaining to improve their hand in a card game with 50 players. There is humour, solid learning, participation and also quiet time for reflection, growth and development.

Speaking presentations can accommodate groups of all sizes. Workshops and coaching sessions can accommodate participating groups as small as one and as large as 50. An ideal workshop size is 25 or fewer. An ideal participating group is a team or a department of any size who can benefit from shared learning.
