What's in the HBDI Package for You

Check out the HBDI today to see how you think. Knowing more about your unique balance of strengths will give you added understanding and confidence and make you more effective both at work and in your personal life. It's a modest investment plus 20 minutes of your time It can be tried online at your convenience after placing your order. You will be sent a password and instructions to complete the assessment. When you have completed the assessment, it is processed, and mailed, usually within twenty-four hours. If you are part of a team you will receive the results as part of the debriefing presentation

What do you get?

The assessment package combines your individual results with a comprehensive booklet of explanations and learning resources.

Your profile appears in a kite format that shows the quantitative preference in each of four distinct quadrants. The blue quadrant "A" measures a preference for facts and numbers.  The green quadrant, "B" shows your preference for process and form. The red quadrant, "C" shows your preference for expressiveness and feeling. The yellow quadrant "D" shows your preference for big picture and holistic thinking.

You also have a chance to see how your answers to the assessment influence the balance of your preferences in other formats. The one above illustrates how your individual answers to the assessment relate to the four quadrants. Another summarizes the information in narrative style.

You will understand the model, go through it step by step, understand the profiles of others and compare your own to them, and explore the profile further by seeing ideas and exercises that can help you develop in all the areas.

Teams and groups as well as individuals can benefit by understanding how they think collectively. A team profile is an excellent tool for expanding awareness, appreciating the strengths of others, improving communication and developing new products and services that meet the needs of your customers. The above example shows graphically a team that could use some help in facing facts and figures and organizing.  The message is clear and the solutions can then come forward.
