What's in the HBDI Package

Knowing more about your unique balance of strengths will give you added understanding and confidence and make you more effective both at work and in your personal life. You will be sent a password and instructions to complete the assessment.

Your profile appears in a kite format that shows the quantitative preference in each of four distinct quadrants.  The blue quadrant "A" measures a preference for facts and numbers.  The green quadrant, "B" shows your preference for process and form. The red  quadrant, "C" shows your preference for expressiveness and feeling. The yellow quadrant "D" shows your preference for big picture and holistic thinking. Below is a typical profile. You also have a chance to see how your answers to the assessment influence the balance of your preferences.

When you have completed the assessment, it is processed, usually within twenty-four hours.

We mail you a comprehensive profile package, including a full explanation of your personal profile in graphic and story formats as well as an explanation of your own answers to the survey. The profile package contains a comprehensive series of booklets explaining every aspect of the assessment. You will understand the model, go through it step by step, understand the profiles of others and compare your own to them, and explore the profile further by seeing ideas and exercises that can help you develop in all the areas.
