The result was the creation of The Thinking Accelerator incorporating HBDIinteractive. Combining the creative and developmental resources of these two companies, this innovative program responds to the challenge of better thinking.

It cuts time in half. Consisting of five modules The Thinking Accelerator can be completed in three hours at the participants' convenience.

It incorporates the HBDI Assessment, a powerful quantitative analysis of thinking preferences and the individual profile is incorporated within the program.

It follows the HBDI model itself: it presents the facts; it leads participants through a sequence of activities to enhance the process of understanding; it allows participants to meet colleagues typical of the real ones in today's multicultural workplace; it deals with the big picture and the participants' own work situations. It provides practical help in two of the most important areas facing anyone today, - communication and innovation.

And that's not all. Participants write a journal as they go through the modules and automatically provide a record of their insights and learning. They can also access an extensive resource library to reinforce what they learn. The end result is reflection and insight that leads to positive behavioural change.
