Dynamic Thinking was founded in 1990 by Norah Bolton to help people improve their thinking and contribute to productivity and innovation. She received certification in Mind Mapping from the Buzan Centres and is certified in assessment and training by Herrmann International. She also has degrees and certificates in English Language and Literature, education, marketing and strategic planning from the University of Toronto,  the University of Western Ontario, Humber College, and the Centre for Creative Imaging. With more than 30 years experience as an educator, writer, manager and organizational consultant, she has worked with major corporations, governments, universities, business owners and individuals.
